   1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of goods ("Products") by Pinpoint Earth ("Seller") to the customer ("Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Pricing

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability or pricing errors.

2.2 The prices of the Products are as stated on the Seller's website or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, such as GST, and shipping fees.

1. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment for the Products must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank transfers.

3.2 If the Seller agrees to ship the goods prior to full payment, the Seller retains ownership of the goods until payment is received in full. Until such payment is received, the Buyer shall hold the goods in trust for the Seller and shall not sell, dispose of, or encumber the goods in any way. The Seller reserves the right to enter the Buyer's premises to reclaim the goods in the event of non-payment, if legally permissible.

3.3 In the event of non-payment, the Seller reserves the right to reclaim the goods and seek any available legal remedies to recover outstanding amounts.

1. Delivery
   4.1 The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the agreed timeframe. However, any delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Buyer may choose or upgrade the delivery method at an additional cost.

4.2 The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Products upon receipt and notifying the Seller of any damages or defects within 48 hours.

1. Returns and Refunds

5.1 The Seller may, at its discretion, accept returns or provide refunds for defective or damaged products upon delivery. The Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or refund process. Returns are accepted under conditions specified by the Seller.

5.2 The Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging materials. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the Products are not returned in their original condition. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer shall bear the cost of return shipping.

1. Warranty

6.1 The Seller warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Normal use excludes any misuse, alteration, or unauthorised repair.

6.2 The Seller's liability under the warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective Products, as per the warranty policy found on the Pinpoint Earth webpage.

   7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of the Products.

7.2 The Seller's total liability in connection with any claim related to the Products shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Buyer. These limitations are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may impose certain obligations on sellers.
